*Note: The Ukrainian nation is the humans who have lived for centuries on their God-given land of Ukraine. They share a common history, culture, language, customs, hereditary traditions, and national identity. The Ukrainian nation has the right to self-determination and the aspiration for sovereignty and independence.

Прийняти рішення уповноважити трьох представників – Юлія Степанівна (Гурман) Мазур, Володимир Васильович Шмигора, Сергій Володимирович Крисак. Представляти інтереси певної групи Української Нації в національних, міжнародних та міждержавних структурах, зокрема судах.

To decide to authorize three representatives – Yulia Stepanivna (Gurman) Mazur, Volodymyr Vasylevich Shmygora, Serhiy Volodymyrovych Krysak. To represent the interests of a certain group of the Ukrainian Nation in national, international, and interstate structures, including courts.

A decision was made to issue a certificate of a representative of a certain group of the Ukrainian Nation. The sample is in Appendix №1.

Ми, українці, виявляємо свою волю, погоджуємося з прийнятим рішенням зібрання певної групи Української Нації за протоколом №1, від 21 травня 2025 року для представлення наших інтересів представниками в національних, міжнародних та міждержавних структурах, судах, організаціях, подачі звернення та участі в слуханнях. І підтверджуємо це своїми підписами в колективній довіреності, що додається в додатку №2.

We, Ukrainians, express our will, agree with the decision of the gathering of a certain group of the Ukrainian Nation according to Protocol №1, from May 21 , 2025, for the representation of our interests by representatives in national, international, and interstate structures, courts, organizations, submission of appeals, and participation in hearings. And we confirm this with our signatures in the collective power of attorney, which is attached in Appendix №2.

*Примітка: До колективної довіреності додається свідоцтво про народження, що підтверджує наше українське походження. Таке підтвердження першої сторінки паспорта використовується лише для підтвердження ідентичності, а не для ідентифікації нас як фізичних осіб. Неприпустимо ототожнювати нас із поняттям фізичної особи, а також залежність наших прав і свобод від наявності паспорта. Ми діємо на основі природних прав, як група, частина української нації, яка живе на своїй історичній землі.

*Note: A certificate of kinship is attached to the collective power of attorney, which confirms our Ukrainian origin. Such confirmation of the first page of the passport is used only to verify identity, not to identify us as physical persons. It is unacceptable to equate us with the concept of a physical person, as well as the dependence of our rights and freedoms on the presence of a passport. We act based on natural rights as a group, part of the Ukrainian Nation, living on our historic land.
